How to Start Your Prescription with RightSourceRxSM
It's easy to start a new prescription or switch your current prescriptions to RightSourceRx. We provide you two easy ways to get started - online or by mail.
Online - How to Get Started
Our new online service helps you easily submit a request to have your eligible maintenance medications filled at RightSourceRx. We'll contact your doctor for a 90-day prescription and we'll e-mail you when your doctor has approved your request. Just follow the steps below to get started.
Log in to RightSourceRx.com
Use your MyHumana User ID and Password to log on. If you aren't registered, select the "Register Today" button on our homepage.
Look for the "Switch your prescriptions to RightSourceRx banner"
If you currently have maintenance prescriptions that you've filled at a retail pharmacy, you will automatically see this banner when you log in. Click on the "Find out More" button to see a list of your eligible prescriptions.
Switch your prescriptions to RightSourceRx
Follow the instructions on the page to select the prescriptions you want to switch to RightSourceRx.
We'll let you know the status of your order via e-mail or phone. We will also notify you when your prescription is ready to be refilled.
By Mail – How to Get Started
RightSourceRx provides a three-month supply of your mail-order drugs, so you only have to think about ordering four times a year. Here's how to order by mail:
Get a new prescription
Ask your doctor to write a new prescription for a 90-day supply of your maintenance medications covered by your prescription plan.
Submit your order
Either mail the new prescription to us along with our Prescription Order Form and payment, or ask your doctor to fill out and fax your new prescription with the Physician Fax Form to us at 1-800-379-7617.
Include your payment
Check your plan benefits on MyHumana for mail-order copayment amounts. You can pay with a HumanaAccessSM Visa® Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, money order, or personal check. Do not send cash.
We'll let you know the status of your order via e-mail or phone. We will also notify you when your prescription is ready to be refilled.
