2010 Prescriptions – When You're Ready
If you have a prescription with RightSourceRx, look on the label for two pieces of key information that will help you plan for refills:
- Expiration date
- Number of refills remaining
At the bottom of the label you'll find a date that the prescription expires. When the number of refills is depleted, your label will show "No Refills Remain." That's when you'll want to get a new prescription from your doctor and submit it to RightSourceRx.
Unless you've asked us to hold it, RightSourceRx's policy is to fill a prescription as soon as it's received. But, if you're not ready for it, you can send it now and ask us to hold it until you want it to be filled. Let us know your preferences by mail, phone, or fax.
If you mail or fax your order, write the request clearly on your prescription, or on your order form. For example, you can write: "Please fill after 01/01/10."
