Generic Availability of Lamictal^®

Lamictal (Lamotrigine) is now available from RightSourceRx^SM as a generic drug.

Lamictal is a medication used for the treatment of partial seizures and for bipolar disorder. Generic Lamictal (Lamotrigine) provides the same safety and efficacy as the branded version, Lamictal.

Generic medications are usually considered "preferred" medications by your plan. They typically are associated with lower costs for members. Please remember to discuss all treatment options – including generic prescription drugs – with your doctor.

And don't forget!
Under your benefit plan, if a generic substitute is available and allowed by your doctor, RightSourceRx will dispense the generic medication.

Fosamax^® Going Generic

Beginning in February, 2008, Fosamax (alendronate) will be available as a generic drug.

Market-leading Fosamax is generally prescribed for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis for, treatment of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis, and for treatment of Paget's disease. Generic Fosamax (alendronate) provides the same safety and efficacy as branded Fosamax.

Generic medications are usually considered "preferred" medications by your plan. They typically have lower costs for members, and they're likely to cost less for your plan, as well. Remember to discuss all treatment options – including generic prescription drugs – with your doctor.
